Andorra: Hartung Sparta

Not only is the Hartung Sparta made in one of the world's most obscure places - the tiny country of Andorra in the Pyrenees - but it's also one of the oddest cars ever conceived. The Sparta seats three abreast and has what may very well be the world's most powerful diesel engine: a 7.2-litre turbo V8 with a claimed output of 1475bhp. Top speed is limited to a 'mere' 186mph.
