Can you still take the G63 AMG off-road?

The G-Class is such a renowned off-roader that almost any version of it will take to the rough stuff like a mountain goat. But given the enormous 20-inch AMG alloy wheels - which are 9.5 inches wide - most owners are unlikely to mount anything more strenuous than a pavement.
